The Junior Choir were victorious once again at the Hastings Music Festival on March 6th. Their performance impressed the adjudicator, winning them first prize in their class, for the fifth year in a row.
There was also success in the solo classes, including a first place for the categories of girls aged 13 and also for boys aged under 15. A further ten children were placed second or third in their classes.
Mr Cox, Director of Music commented, “The children have worked very hard, and their success is richly deserved. Music is a vital part of life at Hilden Grange, and the size of our choir, and its continual success over the years underlines this.”
