The Pre-Prep children performed a cracker of a nativity play this year, which was enjoyed enormously by the cast, teachers and parents.   The play was a mixture of contemporary and traditional aspects, with some very catchy numbers. 

The Year 1 boys caused much hilarity with their shepherd’s dance.  Reception, in their simple red and green costumes provided a striking frame to the stage. We were dazzled by a multitude of angels and laughed at the linguistic antics of the Year 2 shepherds! The camel guys very nearly stole the show with their “shades” and comic timing, but were perhaps eclipsed by the “ahh” factor of the Nursery sheep and their guardians.

 This year’s play had more dialogue than we have had before but the children coped admirably, remembering (almost!) all their lines.
